Once a product key has been viewed, we are unable to process a refund. At Install Keys, we operate as a digital key marketplace, and since our sellers are not the direct publishers of these keys, they do not have the capability to revoke or deactivate a viewed key.

3. Issues with Product Key:

If you encounter any problems with a product key—such as it being invalid or already used—please reach out to our customer support team right away. We will investigate the issue, and if it’s verified, we will promptly initiate the refund process.
